I'm so tiredddd I couldn't even manage a background for this orz.
I'm sorryyy. QAQ Here I go not even finishing a piece of art since last September and suddenly I give you something without a background.

Btw ignore the fail smoke there. I used ~chewymonkey's amazingly amazing smoke tutorial ([link]) and it still looks like crap. ;v; I can't even find a lineart style I like.

Aannyywwaaaayy it's Celty Sturluson from Durarara!!, which is an amazing series so go watch it and buy the manga. (Light novels aren't available in English sobsob.)
First time using the marker tool in SAI, though. :> I feel happy.
